BANGKOK, 11 November 2016 (NNT) – The Meteorological Department has cautioned people to protect themselves from the volatile weather, a result of the arriving winter and rainfall.

The relatively high pressure from China, which is still shrouding the Northeast, has now reached the North, East, and the central region. This is causing rainfall in upper Thailand to fade and the temperature to drop by 1-3 degrees Celsius.
