Initial land inspection of a monastery associated with Wat Dhammakaya at Khao Yai has shown that the monastery has partially encroached on a self-help cooperatives.

Mr Chamnan Klinchan, an official of Nakhon Ratchasima land reform office, said on Sunday that the World Peace Valley monastery which is a branch of Wat Dhammakaya has claimed ownership over 900 rai of land at Khao Yai, Pak Chong district.
