Ailing Belgian Tour Leader Dies In Chiang Rai

A 63-year-old Belgian leading a tour group of 30 people in Northern Thailand died in his hotel room in Chiang Rai province. Mr. Rudolf Urbain was suffering from heart disease, and had visited Thai hospitals twice during the trip for his chest pains. Police assumed he died of a heart attack.
