The Supreme Court’s Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions today dropped the petition of ex- premier Yingluck Shinawatra for the court to suspend her trial of the rice-pledging scheme case temporarily and transfer to the Administrative Court to proceed instead.

The court also rejected her petition protesting the filing of additional evidence and witnesses in the trial by the National Anti Corruption Commission.
