A Bulgarian man was arrested by police on charges of possessing and using fake electronic cards to cash money estimated at 40 million baht from automatic telling machines in Bangkok’s commercial districts.

The suspect, 47-year old Davos Hamid Alginabi from Bulgaria, was caught by police at an ATM of Siam Commercial Bank.
