Army General Prayuth Chan-ocha, head of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) and Prime Minister of Thailand, woos Thais with a ballad that has been viewed almost 200,000 times on YouTube in just 3 days.
The song performed by the Royal Thai Army band put General Prayuth’s words to music. The Thai-style ballad is called “Returning Happiness to the People.”
