MALAYSIA, 15 March 2014 – Malaysian Government officials have concluded that the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 was hijacked, saying that someone was able to switch off the plane’s communication devices and steer it off-course.
The claim comes after a week of unsuccessful searching for MH370, after the evaluation of evidence indicating that the plane changed course after it abruptly disappeared from civilian aviation radar.
