Chinese Nationals Arrested in Pattaya for Credit Card Fraud

Three Chinese nationals were arrested late last night having attempted to use fake credit cards in Mike Shopping Mall.

Mr Shi Zhi Yong, Mr Xuan Tao and Mr Shi Yanhua had been staying at the Hard Rock Hotel, along with their six fake cards and a swiping machine for uploading stolen credit card information onto blank cards.
