Bomb Threat Prompts Search at Thai Parliament

Thailand’s security authorities and police searched the grounds of Parliament after a hoax call was received, threatening that a bomb was planted there.

However, after an extensive search, the parliament building was cleared of any bomb threat.

A telephone operator at Parliament told police that she received a call from a man claiming that there were bombs planted in six areas of the Thai Parliament building.
