BANGKOK, 13 September 2010 (NNT) – The three mobile service giants — AIS, DTAC and TrueMove — have been given the green light to participate in the 3G license bidding, according to the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC).

The NTC on Monday announced that the three mobile service provider companies were eligible to bid in the first round of the third-generation mobile-phone technology license auction which will take place on 20 September in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The bidding will be broadcast live on television.
