Bangkok Police arrest 56 youths, impound 47 motorcycles

Police yesterday morning arrested 56 youths and impounded 47 motorcycles for illegally racing on Kanchanapisek road in Bangkok’s Bang Bon district.

Following complaints by local residents that street racers caused a public nuisance and blocked traffic in the area, police carried out a 45-strong police operation at 2.30 to round up street racers.
