Tens of thousands of anti-government protesters join Bangkok rally

Massive number of anti-government protesters gathered on Sunday at Ratchadamnoen rally site and surrounding roads in what was described as a “major battle day” aimed at rooting out Thaksin regime.

Protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban has called for people who are not happy with Thaksin regime to join the protest. He aimed that the protest would draw at least one million protesters.
