Suspected insurgents surrender in Narathiwat

NARATHIWAT, Jan 24 – Three more suspected insurgents surrendered to the police in this violence-plagued southern border province, following almost 100 people turning themselves in last September.

Chamnun Mueandam, Narathiwat deputy governor and Army special unit commander Maj-Gen Phisit Sitthisarn received the three men at the special unit office on Thursday.
