Somchai Khunplome, alias Kamnan Poh who is the father of the culture minister, was arrested Wednesday at a hospital in Bangkok’s Pattanakarn area.
Somchai, former mayor of Tambon Sansuek administration in Chon Buri, has been on the run from a jail term in a corruption case.
