A Dutch tourist drowned in the waters off Pattaya Beach on Saturday afternoon.
The dead man was named as Mr. Arnoldus Wilhelmus Gerardus aged 78 who was pulled from the water after his wife, Mrs. Johanna aged 76 called for help after her Husband became submerged.
