SONGKHLA, Jan 9 – Rubber growers from across the country will rally at the residence of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra in the capital saying their request to solve the para rubber price drop problem has not been addressed by her government.
Chayant Sangkhapaitoon, coordinator of the network of rubber growers in southern region, announced the move, saying that rubber planters in 14 southern provinces will gather in Songkhla’s Rattaphum district tomorrow before travelling together in a motorcade to the capital with latex-laden pick-up trucks.
