Russian victim of necklace snatch in Pattaya

A 17 year old boy, suspected of snatching a gold necklace from around the neck of a Russian Tourist was arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. Yury Kirilov aged 31 was on a Baht Bus on his way to Jomtien Beach, travelling along the Tappraya Road when the bus slowed and a motorbike pulled up beside them and the passenger leant over and grabbed a gold necklace.
