Helicopters Sent from Russia to be Assembled at U-Tapao Pattaya International Airport

Three MI-17V5 helicopters valued at 990 million baht were recently sent from Russia to be assembled locally and sent to be used at the Army Aviation Center in Lopburi.

It is expected that these giant helicopters will take only 10 days to put together. The helicopters will be assembled at U-Tapao Pattaya International Airport by experienced Russian engineers.

The helicopters will be used for military services and will strengthen the relationship between Thailand and Russia.
