Deadly Riddle of Phi Phi Expat With Broken Neck

THE BODY of an expat man has been found in the sea at Phi Phi – with a broken neck and showing signs of battery with a blunt object, say doctors who performed an initial examination.

The body of the man was found in Tonsai Bay about 5pm yesterday, dressed only in a pair of shorts.

An initial examination revealed that his neck had been broken, and that he had been struck with a blunt instrument. It is believed the man, aged 35, had been in the water for three days, police said.
